  • Yes. Alongside the etched Klairhaus signature, we can laser-engrave your company logo (or text) onto each brush. You supply a JPG, PNG file or high-resolution artwork, we prepare a proof which we send you by photo, and after your approval we engrave the full batch.

  • We currently offer bulk orders in packages of 50 units. You may mix versions (white or black goat hair) within a package, subject to availability.

  • Brushes are shipped in bulk boxes (typically 50 units per box). They are not individually boxed, to reduce waste. Inside the box, each level is separated by a thin sheet of kraft paper to prevent abrasion or contact between units.

  • Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit upon approval of the engraving proof, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. Corporate invoices and VAT documentation are provided.

  • Each brush has dimensions of about 11 cm (length) × 4 cm (width) × 3.5 cm (height). The weight of one unit is approximately 50 grams (1.76 oz).

  • Some minimal shedding may occur in the first few days as loose fibers settle. After that, shedding is negligible provided normal use. The goat hair bristles retain their softness and static attraction properties over years of gentle use.

  • Once you approve the engraving proof, typical production and delivery takes about 4–6 weeks (depending on order size and shipping destination).

  • Shipping costs are borne by the client and calculated based on order size and destination. We usually ship with UPS, however you may use your company’s courier account or choose standard international delivery arranged by us.

  • Yes, we ship anywhere in the world, Import duties, taxes or customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
